ICED MOCHA COFFEE
A wonderful treat, especially on a hot day. I keep a tray of coffee ice cubes in my freezer during the summer so that I can always whip up a batch of these drinks. This uses skim milk & fat-free chocolate syrup, so it's not only cheaper, but also lower calorie than the iced coffee sold at most coffee shops. I have used both brewed and instant coffee and it works well with either kind. (Prep time given is for freezing the coffee ice cubes, cook time is for actually making the drink.)

Steps:
- Freeze coffee into cubes. (I like to keep an ice cube tray filled with leftover coffee in my freezer just for this purpose.).
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy!
Tips:
- For the best flavor, use fresh, high-quality coffee beans. Grind the beans just before brewing.
- If you don't have a coffee maker, you can brew coffee in a French press or a pour-over coffee maker.
- For a stronger flavor, use a darker roast of coffee beans.
- To make a mocha, add chocolate syrup or cocoa powder to the coffee.
- To make a spiced coffee, add your favorite spices, such as cinnamon, nutmeg, or cardamom, to the coffee grounds before brewing.
- Serve mocha spiced coffee with whipped cream, chocolate chips, or a cinnamon stick.
Conclusion:
Mocha spiced coffee is a delicious and versatile beverage that can be enjoyed any time of day. It's perfect for a pick-me-up in the morning, a sweet treat in the afternoon, or a cozy drink to warm you up on a cold night. With so many different ways to make it, there's sure to be a mocha spiced coffee recipe that you'll love.
