¾ teaspoon ground ginger
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dried sage
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 ½ teaspoons ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1 1/4 teaspoons coriander
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs, dry
1/2 cup chicken broth, nonfat

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients, except chicken broth, in a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix well, add chicken broth and mix again.
