Tips:

  • Choose high-quality pork chops for the best flavor and texture. Look for chops that are at least 1 inch thick and have a good amount of marbling.
  • To tenderize the pork chops, you can marinate them in a mixture of soy sauce, rice wine, and ginger for at least 30 minutes before cooking. This will help to break down the proteins in the meat and make it more tender.
  • When cooking the pork chops, be sure to sear them over high heat to create a nice crust. This will help to lock in the juices and prevent the chops from drying out.
  • After searing the pork chops, reduce the heat to medium-low and continue to cook them until they are cooked through. The internal temperature of the chops should reach 145 degrees Fahrenheit for medium-rare, 155 degrees Fahrenheit for medium, or 165 degrees Fahrenheit for well-done.
  • Serve the pork chops with your favorite sides, such as rice, vegetables, or noodles.

Conclusion:

Chinese pork chops are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.
