EASY NO BOIL PASTA BAKE
Campbell's used to make a jarred pasta bake sauce that I loved when my kids were little and time was short! When it was discontinued I discovered that the same recipe could be used with any jarred pasta sauce. My oldest son, who is away at college, asked me for some easy recipes that he can make with minimal mess and time and this recipe popped into my head... I thought I'd post it since I couldn't find any others like it on Zaar.

Tips:
- Choose the Right Tomatoes: Select ripe, flavorful tomatoes for the best taste. Roma tomatoes are a popular choice because they have a low moisture content, which results in a thicker sauce.
- Use Fresh Herbs: Fresh herbs like basil, oregano, and thyme add a burst of flavor to the sauce. If you don't have fresh herbs on hand, you can use dried herbs, but use half the amount as they are more concentrated.
- Don't Overcook the Sauce: No-cook pasta sauce is meant to be served fresh, so there's no need to cook it for long. Simply combine all the ingredients and let them meld together for a few minutes before serving.
- Adjust the Consistency: If you prefer a thicker sauce, you can add some tomato paste or grated Parmesan cheese. For a thinner sauce, add a little bit of water or vegetable broth.
- Make it a Meal: No-cook pasta sauce is versatile and can be used in a variety of dishes. Toss it with cooked pasta, use it as a dipping sauce for bread or vegetables, or spoon it over grilled chicken or fish.
Conclusion:
No-cook pasta sauce is a quick, easy, and delicious way to add flavor to your meals. With just a few simple ingredients and a few minutes of prep time, you can have a fresh, flavorful sauce that's perfect for pasta, grilled meats, or vegetables.
