1 roll Ritz Crackers
1 stick butter, melted
1 small tub Cool Whip
1 can eagle brand condensed milk
1 small can frozen orange juice, thawed
1 large can mandarin oranges (save a few orange segments to place on top with remaining crackers)

Steps:

  • Place Ritz Crackers in a Ziploc baggie and crush to a pea size. Take out 2 handfuls and set aside. Place the crushed crackers in a bowl and pour melted butter over the crackers and mix well. Place mixture in a 13x9 inch buttered pan and press crackers down firmly in bottom of pan.
