Tips for Making Orange Spice Drops:

- For a more intense orange flavor, use freshly squeezed orange juice. - If you don't have any orange zest on hand, you can use 1 teaspoon of ground orange peel instead. - Be sure to chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking. This will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much. - Bake the cookies until they are just set around the edges. Overbaking will make them dry and crumbly. - Let the cookies cool completely before storing them. This will help them keep their shape and texture.

Conclusion:

Orange spice drops are a delicious and easy-to-make holiday cookie. They are perfect for gift-giving or enjoying with a cup of coffee or tea.
