Time 5m

Yield 2 tablespoons, 8 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/8 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup oil (i use smart balance)
1 tablespoon sugar (i use truvia)
1 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon ginger (powered or fresh grated finely)

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together and keep for no more than 2 weeks. I do not keep it in the frig, it thickens the oil if you use olive oil.

Tips:

  • Choose fresh, high-quality ingredients for the best flavor.
  • Use a light hand with the salt, as the soy sauce and sesame oil can be salty.
  • If you don't have rice vinegar, you can substitute white vinegar or apple cider vinegar.
  • Sesame seeds can be toasted for a nuttier flavor.
  • Serve the dressing immediately or store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Conclusion:

Oriental Dressing is a versatile dressing that can be used on a variety of salads, vegetables, and even meat. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. With its sweet, tangy, and savory flavor, Oriental Dressing is sure to become a favorite in your kitchen.
