Tips:

  • Choose the right rice. Arborio or Carnaroli rice are the best choices for risotto because they have a high starch content, which helps create a creamy texture.
  • Toast the rice before adding the liquid. This helps develop the rice's flavor and prevents it from becoming mushy.
  • Add the liquid gradually, stirring constantly. This helps the rice absorb the liquid evenly and prevents it from clumping.
  • Cook the risotto until it is al dente, or slightly firm to the bite. This should take about 18-20 minutes.
  • Stir in the cheese and butter at the end of cooking. This will help create a creamy and flavorful risotto.
  • Serve the risotto immediately, garnished with fresh herbs or grated Parmesan cheese.

Conclusion:

Oven-baked spinach risotto is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. It is also a great way to use up leftover rice. With its creamy texture, rich flavor, and vibrant green color, this risotto is sure to impress your family and friends.
