CINNAMON- PEANUT COOKIES

Peanut butter cookies with a touch of cinnamon- Yum! When I made these, I beat them by hand (not electric mixer) and since I made them a little bigger, making 32 cookies total, the cooking time was more like 12 to 14 minutes. Also, I sprinkled them with some sugar before baking. Enjoy!

Tips:

  • For the best flavor, use fresh peanut butter. Natural peanut butter works well, but you can also use a flavored variety, such as honey roasted or chocolate peanut butter.
  • If you don't have cinnamon chips, you can use regular ground cinnamon. Just add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to the dough.
  • Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking. This will help the cookies to hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much.
  • Bake the cookies until they are just set. The centers should be slightly soft, but not gooey.
  • Let the cookies cool completely on a wire rack before storing them. This will help them to keep their shape and prevent them from becoming sticky.

Conclusion:

These peanut butter cinnamon snap cookies are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. They are soft and chewy, with a perfect balance of peanut butter and cinnamon flavor. Whether you are looking for a snack, a dessert, or a gift, these cookies are sure to be a hit.
