THAI PEANUT CHICKEN
This is a very tasty Asian-inspired dish made with chicken and broccoli in a spicy peanut sauce. If you like it mild, use less cayenne, like it spicy, use more. If you're salt conscious, use low sodium soy sauce.

Tips:
- Mise en Place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all your ingredients prepped and measured. This will make the cooking process much smoother and easier.
- Use Fresh Ingredients: The fresher your ingredients, the better your dish will taste. Whenever possible, use fresh vegetables, herbs, and spices.
- Don't Overcook the Chicken: Chicken is a delicate protein, so it's important not to overcook it. Cook the chicken until it is just cooked through, or it will become dry and tough.
- Use a Wok or Large Skillet: A wok or large skillet is ideal for cooking this dish. It will allow you to easily stir-fry the chicken and vegetables.
- Make Sure Your Sauce is Well-Balanced: The peanut sauce is the key to this dish, so make sure it is well-balanced. The sauce should be creamy, flavorful, and slightly spicy.
- Serve Immediately: This dish is best served immediately after it is cooked. The noodles will start to absorb the sauce and become soggy if you let it sit for too long.
