Time 1h

Yield 24 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 package fudge brownie mix
1 (8 ounce) package Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • I would use my own brownie recipe but you can use a box mix.
  • Prepare the brownie mix as directed on package.
  • Pour into greased 13x9 baking pan.
  • Beat cream cheese with electric mixer on med.
  • speed until smooth.
  • Add sugar, mixing until blended.
  • Add egg and vanilla; mix just until blended.
  • Pour cream cheese mixture over brownie mixture; cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect.
  • Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until cream cheese mixture is lightly browned.
  • Cool; cut into squares.
  • Note: Do not use brownie mixes that include syrup pouch.

Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better the brownies will taste. Use real butter, cream cheese, and chocolate chips.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing will make the brownies tough. Mix the batter just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the brownies at the right temperature: The brownies should be baked at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. If the oven is too hot, the brownies will overcook and become dry.
  • Don't overbake the brownies: The brownies should be baked for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs attached.
  • Let the brownies cool completely before cutting them: This will help prevent them from falling apart.

Conclusion:

Philly cheesecake brownies are a delicious and decadent dessert that is perfect for any occasion. They are easy to make and can be customized to your liking. With their rich chocolate flavor and creamy cheesecake filling, these brownies are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
