Tips:

  • For the best results, use high-quality crab meat. Fresh or frozen crab meat will work well, but avoid using canned crab meat as it can be too salty and watery.
  • Be sure to chop the crab meat into small pieces so that it is easy to eat in the phyllo cups.
  • If you don't have any fresh herbs on hand, you can use dried herbs instead. Just be sure to use about half the amount of dried herbs as you would fresh herbs.
  • To make sure the phyllo cups are crispy, be sure to bake them until they are golden brown.
  • Serve the phyllo cups warm or at room temperature. They can be enjoyed as an appetizer or main course.

Phyllo cups with crab salad are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or main course. They are perfect for parties or potlucks, and they can be customized to your liking. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy recipe, give these phyllo cups with crab salad a try.
