4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups peanut butter chips
1 (8 ounce) bag plain salted potato chips
2 ½ cups dry-roasted peanuts

Steps:

  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate and peanut butter chips for about 3 minutes on high. Stir every 30 seconds after the first minute until chips are melted and smooth. Slightly crush the potato chips before stirring into the mixture along with the peanuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper and let stand until chocolate is set, about 15 minutes. 1 box Ritz crackers
1 jar(s) peanut butter
1 jar(s) marshmallow cream
1 pkg chocolate bark

Steps:

  • 1. Spread peanut butter on one Ritz crackers.
  • 2. Then add marshmallow cream to another cracker.
  • 3. Sandwich both together.
  • 4. Place cookies on waxed paper and allow to harden. (I find that if you put the paper or Silpat on a cookie sheet and place it in the freezer for 5 minutes, the cookies harden up faster!).
  • 5. Melt chocolate bark (I like Ghirardelli the best) in a microwave or double boiler.
  • 6. Dip sandwiched cookies into chocolate, covering both sides. After they harden, store in an airtight container.
  • 7. Enjoy!
