Tips:

  • If you don't have chicken thighs, you can use boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Just be sure to pound them thin so they cook evenly.
  • To make sure the burgers are cooked through, use a meat thermometer to check that they have reached an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • If you don't have a meat thermometer, you can also check the burgers by cutting into them. The juices should run clear, with no pink in the center.
  • Serve the burgers on your favorite buns with your favorite toppings. Some popular options include lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and cheese.
  • For a healthier version of the burgers, you can bake them instead of frying them. Just preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the burgers for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.

These Poifect Cluck Cluck Burgers are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that the whole family will enjoy. They're perfect for a weeknight dinner or a backyard barbecue. So next time you're looking for a new chicken recipe, give these burgers a try. You won't be disappointed!
