Tips:

  • Choose the right pork tenderloin. Look for a tenderloin that is about 1 pound in weight and has a uniform thickness.
  • Tenderize the pork tenderloin. This can be done by pounding it with a meat mallet or using a fork to poke holes in it.
  • Marinate the pork tenderloin. This will help to flavor and tenderize the meat. You can use a variety of marinades, such as Italian dressing, soy sauce, or teriyaki sauce.
  • Cook the pork tenderloin properly. The best way to cook a pork tenderloin is to sear it in a skillet over medium-high heat and then finish it in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. This will help to keep the meat juicy and tender.
  • Use a good quality Parmesan cheese. This will make a big difference in the flavor of the dish.
  • Serve the pork tenderloin with your favorite sides. Some good options include mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a salad.

Conclusion:

Pork tenderloin Parmesan is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. By following these tips, you can make sure that your pork tenderloin Parmesan turns out perfectly every time.
