RASPBERRY CHIPOTLE BBQ SAUCE
This is a super sweet and spicy BBQ sauce with fruit that my family and I found in Mexico last Christmas. Try it over grilled tuna like we did, or experiment with chicken or ribs. I have also served this poured over a block of cream cheese to smear over crackers. Nice!

Tips for Making the Best Raspberry BBQ Sauce
- Choose ripe and juicy raspberries. The quality of your raspberries will greatly impact the flavor of your sauce. Look for berries that are plump, brightly colored, and free of blemishes.
- Use a variety of vinegars. The combination of red wine vinegar and apple cider vinegar gives this sauce a complex and well-rounded flavor. However, you can experiment with different types of vinegar, such as balsamic or white wine vinegar.
- Don't be afraid to add some heat. A little bit of cayenne pepper or chili powder can add a nice kick to your sauce. Just be careful not to overdo it, or you'll end up with a sauce that's too spicy.
- Let the sauce simmer for a while. This will help the flavors to meld together and create a thick and flavorful sauce.
- Taste the sauce as you go. Adjust the seasonings to your liking. You may want to add more sugar, vinegar, or spices.
Conclusion:
Raspberry BBQ sauce is a delicious and versatile sauce that can be used on a variety of grilled meats, poultry, and vegetables. It's also great as a dipping sauce for chicken nuggets, fries, or onion rings. With its sweet, tangy, and slightly spicy flavor, raspberry BBQ sauce is sure to be a hit at your next cookout.
