4 package s (3 oz. each) Jell-O Raspberry Gelatin
5 cups boiling water
2/3 cup sugar
4 boxes (10 oz. each) frozen raspberries
4 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 package (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add sugar, stir until dissolved. Add frozen berries and lemon juice. Mix well and chill until mixture starts to congeal.
  • Whip cream. Beat together softened Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt. Blend whipped cream with cream cheese mixture.
  • Place 1/2 of thickened raspberry mixture in an 8 x 8 plastic or glass pan. Place cream mixture on top and then remaining raspberry mixture. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

1 lg. pkg. raspberry Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen raspberries in syrup, thawed and undrained
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. sour cream

Steps:

  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stir in raspberries, pineapple, and chopped pecans. Blend well. Spoon 1 1/2 cups gelatin mixture into a lightly oiled 8-cup mold; chill until set. Spread sour cream over raspberry layer. Spoon remaining raspberry mixture over sour cream layer. Chill until set.

1 (3 ounce) package lime Jell-O gelatin
1 (3 ounce) package raspberry Jell-O gelatin
1 (3 ounce) package lemon Jell-O gelatin
3 cups boiling water
1 cup mini marshmallows (or diced large marshmallows)
1 1/2 cups cold water
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup whipped cream
1 (20 1/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained

Steps:

  • Dissolve gelatin flavors separately, using 1 C boiling water for each.
  • Stir marshmallows into lemon gelatin; set aside.
  • Add 3/4C cold water to lime gelatin; pour into a 13x9x2 pan.
  • Chill until set, but not firm.
  • Add 3/4C cold water to raspberry gelatin; set aside at room temperature.
  • Add cream cheese to lemon/marshmallow mixture; beat until blended.
  • Chill until slightly thickened.
  • Then blend in mayonnaise, whipped cream& crushed pineapple.
  • Chill until very thick; spoon gently over lime gelatin.
  • Chill until set, but not firm.
  • Meanwhile, chill raspberry gelatin until thickened; pour over lemon gelatin.
  • Chill until firm.
  • To serve, cut into squares.
  • *Note:if deeper green& red layers are desired, use 6oz packages of lime& raspberry gelatins, 2C boiling water and 1-1/2C cold water for each large package.

6 cups spinach
1 cup raspberries
1/2 red onion, sliced very thinly
1 cup pecans, candied if you have them
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup canola oil or 1 cup safflower oil
1/3 cup raspberry vinegar

Steps:

  • Mix the oil into the poppyseeds, dijon and honey.
  • Add vinegar.
  • Shake well-- this dressing stays emulsified very well.
  • You can toss with the rest of the salad ingredients or toss with just the spinach and then garnish the top with the other ingredients, or plate each serving and pour dressing over, whatever you choose.

1/2 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup raspberry jam
GLAZE:
1 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in egg and vanilla. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well., Divide dough into four portions; shape each into a 10x2-1/2-in. log. Place 4 in. apart on greased or foil-lined baking sheets. Make a 1/2-in. depression down the center of each log. Bake for 10 minutes., Fill depressions with jam. Bake until lightly browned, 10-15 minutes longer. Cool for 2 minutes. Remove to a cutting board; cut into 3/4-in. slices. Place on wire racks., In a small bowl, combine glaze ingredients. Drizzle over warm cookies. Cool completely.

2 tablespoons evaporated milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup butter, softened
½ cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup raspberry jam

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.

Butter and egg called for on cookie mix pouch as directed for drop cookies
3 tablespoons Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons seedless raspberry, apricot or your favorite jam
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 to 3 teaspoons milk

Steps:

  • Make cookie dough as directed on package for drop cookies, adding flour; blend. Divide dough into thirds. Shape each third into 12-inch log. Place logs 3 inches apart on 2 ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake at 375°F for 15 to 18 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
Dash salt
1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
1 package (3 ounces) raspberry gelatin
1-1/4 cups boiling water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 package (10 ounces) frozen raspberries in syrup, thawed

Steps:

  • On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to a 1/8-in.-thick circle; transfer to a 9-in. deep-dish pie plate. Trim to 1/2 in. beyond rim of plate; flute edge. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 425°. , Line crust with a double thickness of foil. Fill with pie weights, dried beans or uncooked rice. Bake on a lower oven rack until edge is golden brown, 20-25 minutes. 2/3 cup cold water
2 cups boiling water
1 box (6 oz) lemon-flavored gelatin for cream ribbon or Piña colada gelatin for white ribbon
1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original yogurt lemon burst for yellow ribbon or Original coconut cream pie yogurt for white ribbon
2/3 cup cold water
2 cups boiling water
1 box (6 oz) raspberry-flavored gelatin
