1/4 tsp garlic powder ((optional))
Pinch of smoked paprika ((optional))

2 cups vegetable broth
1/4-1/2 cup nutritional yeast
3 tablespoons cornstarch
spices, to taste (such as onion powder, garlic, oregano, paprika, whatever you like)
salt and pepper

  • Heat up the broth.
  • Take a little of the hot liquid and put in bowl.
  • Whisk in cornstarch, set aside.

1 cup cashews
2 ½ tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons brewers' yeast
2 teaspoons onion powder

½ teaspoon salt
1 pinch dried rosemary
