1 medium onion, chopped
2 lbs hamburger
1 cup diced celery
1 (8 ounce) can mushroom soup
2 cups water
1/2 cup soya sauce
1 cup long grain rice

Steps:

  • Brown onion and hamburger.
  • Add celery, soup, water, soya sauce and rice.
  • Place in 1 1/2 quart greased casserole.
  • Bake covered 1 1/2 hours at 350F.

2 lb ground beef, browned and drained
1 can(s) peas
2 can(s) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
3 c minute rice, cooked
1 Tbsp salt
1 1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c ritz cracker, crushed
3 Tbsp salted butter, melted

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 425F. Cook rice and brown and drain hamburger.
  • 2. Mixed together crushed crackers and melted butter in a small bowl and set aside.
  • 3. Combine hamburger, cooked rice, peas, and cream of mushroom soup. Spread evenly into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle cheese evenly over hamburger mixture. Now, sprinkle cracker and butter mixture over cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • 4. **Sometimes I change it up and put french's fried onions on top instead of the buttered crackers. It's really yummy, and it give it a whole new taste :) I Really Hope You Enjoy!!

1 c. cooked rice
1 sm. box cut broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
Velveeta cheese

Steps:

  • Saute onions in butter. Brown hamburger. Cook broccoli and rice. Mix together broccoli, rice, mushroom soup and onions. In 2-3 quart casserole dish. Spread hamburger in bottom of dish, top with sliced cheese, top with broccoli and rice mixture, top with more sliced cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melted and bubbly.

2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
shredded cheese
2 1/2 cups rice
salt
pepper
garlic powder
onion powder

  • Brown hamburger; season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Combine cream of chicken, cream of mushroom and rice in a bowl, mix together throughly.
