Tips:

  • Mise en place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all the ingredients and equipment you need. This will help you stay organized and avoid scrambling.
  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: The better the ingredients, the better the dish will taste. Look for fresh seafood, vegetables, and herbs.
  • Don't overcook the shrimp: Shrimp cooks quickly, so it's important to watch it carefully. Overcooked shrimp will be tough and chewy.
  • Make sure the tartar sauce is well-chilled: Cold tartar sauce will help to balance out the flavors of the shrimp and salad.
  • Use a variety of peppers in the salad: This will add color and flavor to the dish. You can use bell peppers, cherry peppers, or even roasted red peppers.
