LEMON SNOWBALL CAKE
This cake is easy to make, but takes some time. My mom use to make this for holidays and special occasions. It makes a delightful slice of light lemony cake with whipped cream frosting. You can make the cake up to two days in advance of serving and it makes a beautiful presentation. The number of steps to make this recipe might seem overwhelming, but I have separated each step to make the process less confusing.

Tips:
- Use a light-colored cake mix for the best results. Darker cake mixes will make the cake too dense.
- Be careful not to overmix the batter. Overmixing will make the cake tough.
- Bake the cake in a well-greased and floured pan. This will prevent the cake from sticking.
- Let the cake cool completely before frosting it. This will help the frosting to set properly.
- Use a stiff frosting for the best results. A runny frosting will make the cake difficult to decorate.
- Be creative with your decorations! You can use sprinkles, coconut, or even candy canes to decorate the cake.
Conclusion:
The snowball cake is a delicious and festive cake that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be decorated in a variety of ways. With its light and fluffy texture and its creamy frosting, the snowball cake is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it.
