2 teaspoons butter, melted
1 spaghetti squash, halved and seeded
1 pound ground beef
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
½ (8 ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms
¼ cup diced red onion
¼ cup diced green bell pepper
1 clove garlic, chopped
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried basil
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pinch dried thyme
2 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup crushed buttery round crackers (such as Ritz®)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Brush butter lightly over squash halves. Cover with aluminum foil.

1-1/2 pounds uncooked spaghetti
3 pounds ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
2/3 cup chopped green pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
1-1/3 cups water
1 can (8 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Steps:

  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in two large skillets, cook the beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Drain. Stir in the soups, water and mushrooms., Drain spaghetti. Add spaghetti and 1 cup cheese to beef mixture. Transfer to two greased 13x9-in. baking dishes. 3 lbs lean ground beef
2 large onions, chopped
2 -3 cloves fresh minced garlic (optional)
salt and pepper
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
9 slices cooked bacon
3 cups cooked spaghetti
1 quart good quality tomato juice (Heinz is good)
3 cups sliced uncooked potatoes
1 lb shredded cheddar cheese
3 cups celery, diced

  • set oven to 350 degrees.
