Tips for Making Sriracha Honey Brussels Sprouts

  • Choose the right Brussels sprouts. Look for small, firm sprouts that are about 1-2 inches in diameter. Avoid sprouts that are yellowed or have brown spots.
  • Trim the sprouts. Cut off the stem end of each sprout and remove any loose or damaged leaves.
  • Roast the sprouts before tossing them in the sauce. This will help them to caramelize and develop a slightly crispy texture.
  • Use a good quality sriracha sauce. Look for a sauce that is made with real chili peppers and has a good balance of heat and flavor.
  • Be careful not to overcook the sprouts. They should be cooked until they are tender but still have a bit of a bite to them.
  • Serve the sprouts immediately. They are best enjoyed when they are hot and crispy.

Conclusion

Sriracha honey Brussels sprouts are a delicious and easy-to-make side dish that is perfect for any occasion. They are roasted to perfection and then tossed in a sweet and spicy sriracha honey sauce. The sprouts are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a perfect balance of heat and flavor. They are sure to be a hit with everyone at your table.
