1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon melted butter
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch Sea salt to taste
1 sheet Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil. Set aside.
  • Wrap each sweet potato cube with a bacon slice, holding in place with a toothpick. Place on the prepared baking sheet, toothpicks facing up.
  • Combine the olive oil, melted butter, cinnamon and pepper, stirring until well mixed. Drizzle the mixture over the sweet potato bites. Sprinkle with sea salt. Loosely tent the toothpicks with damp paper towels and wrap the baking sheet with Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil, being careful not to pierce the foil. Bake until the potatoes are just tender, about 20 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and paper towels and return to the oven; bake until the bacon is crispy and the fat starts to render, 15-20 more minutes. Blot the excess fat with the paper towels, then serve.

8 slices bacon
2 teaspoons oil
1 bunch spring onion, chopped
200 g sweetcorn, drained

  • Pierce skin of potatoes.
  • Microwave on High for 10 - 12 minutes till soft, turn them over halfway.

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh thyme leaves
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 1/2 lb sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2/3 cup Progresso™ plain panko crispy bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In 12-inch skillet, cook bacon over medium heat 18 to 22 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Reserve 1/4 cup bacon for garnish. Reserve 1 tablespoon drippings in skillet.

4 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut in 1-inch chunks
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
5 slices smoked bacon, chopped
1 pound onions, thinly sliced
1 cup pure maple syrup
2 teaspoons fresh thyme

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Toss the sweet potato chunks, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl, and spread the sweet potatoes out onto a large rimmed baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven until browned and tender, about 40 minutes; stir after the first 20 minutes.
  • Cook the bacon until crisp and brown in a large skillet over medium heat, about 10 minutes; transfer bacon to a bowl, but leave the grease in the skillet.
