Tips:

  • Choose the right cut of beef: Flank steak or skirt steak are good choices for stir-fries because they are thin and cook quickly. You can also use hanger steak or top sirloin.
  • Slice the beef against the grain: This will help to tenderize the meat and make it more flavorful.
  • Marinate the beef: Marinating the beef in a mixture of soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar will help to add flavor and moisture.
  • Use a hot wok or skillet: This will help to sear the beef and prevent it from sticking.
  • Stir-fry the beef in small batches: This will help to prevent the beef from overcrowding the pan and cooking unevenly.
  • Add the vegetables towards the end of cooking: This will help to prevent them from overcooking.
  • Serve the beef and vegetables over rice or noodles: This will make a complete and satisfying meal.

Stir-fried lemongrass beef with Asian greens is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a quick weeknight meal. The beef is tender and flavorful, and the vegetables are crisp and colorful. This dish is also a good source of protein and vegetables, making it a healthy choice.
