STRAWBERRY DELIGHT DESSERT

This is delicious and makes a nice presentation. It can be varied with other fruits and flavors of jello. I've given out many copies of this recipe over the years. As it is done in layers that need to chill in between it is best made the day before.

STRAWBERRY DELIGHT

Tips:

  • Choose the right strawberries. For the best flavor, use fresh, ripe strawberries. Avoid berries that are bruised or have soft spots.
  • Hull the strawberries properly. To hull a strawberry, use a sharp knife to remove the stem and the white core. Be careful not to cut too much of the berry away.
  • Sweeten the strawberries to taste. The amount of sugar you need will depend on the sweetness of the strawberries. Start with 1/2 cup of sugar and add more to taste.
  • Don't overcook the strawberries. Strawberries should be cooked just until they are soft and juicy. Overcooked strawberries will be mushy and lose their flavor.
  • Let the pie cool completely before serving. This will allow the filling to set and the crust to firm up.

Conclusion:

Strawberry Delight Dessert Pie is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. With its creamy filling, flaky crust, and fresh strawberry topping, this pie is sure to be a hit with everyone. So next time you're looking for a special dessert, give Strawberry Delight Dessert Pie a try. You won't be disappointed!
