1 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon ground ginger
2 cloves garlic
chopped
2 scallions
chopped
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
3 pounds chicken wings

Steps:

  • Combine the habanero, soy sauce, honey, both sugars, fennel seeds, cayenne, allspice, thyme, ginger, garlic and scallions in a blender
  • Add the vinegar, lime juice and orange juice and blend until smooth
