2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
Two 10-ounce packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
2 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 6 minutes. Add the heavy cream, nutmeg and cayenne and bring to a simmer. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. 6 slices Swiss cheese
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
¼ cup milk
1 (8 ounce) package dry bread stuffing mix
½ cup melted butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese, divided

1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg, optional

4 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
salt and pepper
1 cup half-and-half cream, divided
1/3 cup grated swiss cheese
4 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Set oven to 350 degrees.
  • Butter 1 2-qt casserole dish.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt butter.
  • Mix in flour to make a roux.
  • Add mustard and cream, whisking until thickened; add Swiss cheese, 2 TBSP Parmesan cheese and 1 cup half and half cream; mix well.

1/4 cup butter, cubed

2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
