Tips:

  • For the best results, use almond flour that is finely ground. If your almond flour is coarse, you can grind it in a food processor or blender until it reaches a fine consistency.
  • If you don't have coconut oil, you can substitute another type of oil, such as olive oil or grapeseed oil. However, coconut oil gives the cookies a richer flavor and texture.
  • If you don't have maple syrup, you can substitute another type of sweetener, such as honey or agave nectar. However, maple syrup gives the cookies a more complex flavor.
  • Be careful not to overmix the dough, as this will make the cookies tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the cookies until they are just set around the edges but still soft in the center. If you overbake them, they will become dry and crumbly.
  • Let the cookies cool completely before storing them. This will help them to keep their shape and texture.

Conclusion:

These Tahini Almond Cherry Cookies are a delicious and healthy snack that is perfect for any occasion. They are made with simple, wholesome ingredients and are naturally gluten-free and vegan. The cookies are chewy and flavorful, with a hint of sweetness from the maple syrup and cherries. They are also packed with nutrients, thanks to the almond flour, tahini, and chia seeds. Whether you are looking for a healthy snack or a sweet treat, these cookies are sure to satisfy.
