1 cup diced onion

1/4 cup water
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
2 cups shredded 4-cheese Mexican cheese blend (8 oz)
4 cups frozen Tater Tots™ potatoes (from 32-oz bag)
Fresh toppings: diced tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, cilantro

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
  • In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef, bell pepper and onion over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is browned and vegetables are softened; drain. Wipe out skillet.
