1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons soy sauce
⅓ cup minced fresh cilantro
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 ½ tablespoons minced fresh ginger, or more to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 pound lean ground turkey
⅓ cup bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Whisk egg and soy sauce together in a bowl; add cilantro, green onions, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix turkey and bread crumbs into mixture and mix well; form into 4 patties.
  • Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place patties in the hot skillet; cover skillet and cook, turning once, until burgers are no longer pink in the center, about 15 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1/2 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon green curry paste
1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut milk (from 5.5-oz. Can)
1 1/4 lbs ground beef
2 carrots, grated (about 1 cup)
1 small white onion, finely diced
1 -2 jalapeno chile, veins and seeds removed, finely diced
1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 cup unseasoned dried breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
8 sandwich buns, split

Steps:

  • In small bowl, whisk together all spice mixture ingredients.
  • In large bowl, stir together ground beef, carrots, onion, Chiles, bell pepper and salt. Add spice mixture; stir until well-combined. Stir in egg and bread crumbs. Shape mixture into 8 (4-inch) patties.

1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
1 clove garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Thai chile sauce
1 teaspoon yellow curry paste
2 tablespoons coconut milk
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 egg
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 (1 pound) package crumbled tofu
1 (12 ounce) package vegetarian burger crumbles
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1 teaspoon Thai chile sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground turmeric
1 dash soy sauce
1 tablespoon canola oil
6 whole wheat hamburger buns
½ cup shredded carrots
½ cup shredded cucumber
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves
