1 package (3 ounces) raspberry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 package (10 ounces) frozen sweetened raspberries
ORANGE LAYER:
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges
1 package (3 ounces) orange gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
LIME LAYER:
1 package (3 ounces) lime gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 can (8-1/2 ounces) crushed pineapple

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in raspberries until thawed. Pour in a greased 8-in. square dish; refrigerate until set., Drain oranges, reserving juice. In small bowl, dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and reserved juice until smooth. Add gelatin mixture and mix well. Fold in oranges. Pour over raspberry layer; refrigerate until set. , In a large bowl, dissolve lime gelatin in boiling water. Stir in pineapple; cool for 10 minutes. Carefully spoon over orange layer. 2 heads iceberg lettuce, chopped
4 tomatoes, cut into wedges
8 ounces baby spinach
8 Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs, recipe follows, chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 pound bacon, cooked and chopped
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
8 ounces grated sharp Cheddar
One 10-ounce bag frozen peas, partially thawed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
8 eggs

Steps:

  • For the salad: In a clear glass bowl, layer the salad ingredients in the order they appear above, concentrating the ingredients around the perimeter of the bowl and filling in any gaps in the center with lettuce as needed. Start with a good layer of iceberg on the bottom, followed by the tomato wedges, spinach and Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs. Sprinkle the egg layer generously with salt and pepper. Layer on the bacon, green onions and Cheddar, and end with the peas.
  • For the dressing: Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream and sugar in a small bowl and mix well.

BOTTOM LAYER:
1 box lime jello
1 cup boiling water
1 can crushed pineapple with juices
MIDDLE LAYER:
1 box lemon jello
1 cup boiling water
8.75 ounces cream cheese
2 cups cool whip
TOP LAYER:
1 box cherry, raspberry or strawberry Jello

Steps:

  • Bottom layer - Mix lime jello powder with boiling water and add can of crushed pineapple (set). Middle layer - Mix lemon jello powder with boiling water, cut chunks of cream cheese into mix to soften. Use electric mixer to blend. Cool, then add cool whip and blend with mixer(set). Top layer - Mix jello with boiling water, then cold water and add to the rest (set). If possible do one of layers night before. This whole process has worked in a 6 hour time frame.

1 package orange Jell-O
1 can crushed pineapple, drained,save juice
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 container Cool Whip
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 eggs, well beaten
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup pineapple juice (use juice drained from pineapple and add water to measure 1 cup)

Steps:

  • Make jello according to package directions minus 1/4 cup water.
  • add pineapple pour in 9x13 glass pan.
