1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 ½ cups French fried onions

Steps:

  • In a 9x13-inch baking dish, combine the macaroni, tuna, and soup. Mix well, and then top with cheese.

2 cups elbow macaroni
1 can flaked tuna (, water packed is best)
1 cup diced celery
2 green onions, thinly chopped
1 chopped sweet bell pepper (, green or red look best)
1 can low-fat cream of celery soup, undiluted
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1 cup shredded mild cheese (, cheddar, mozzarella, etc.)
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
black pepper (about 1 tsp)

Steps:

  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cook the macaroni until just tender and drain.
  • Combine cooked macaroni, tuna, celery, onion and bell pepper in a large bowl.
  • Heat the undiluted soup with the milk in a small saucepan.
  • When it is smooth, add the cheese and keep cooking it until the cheese is melted.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the mayonnaise and the black pepper.
  • Pour the saucepan contents over the macaroni mixture in the bowl and mix it up well to combine.
  • Pour the whole thing into a medium sized casserole dish (about 2 quart) that has been sprayed with no-stick spray.

3/4 pound tubetti or elbow macaroni
1 cup panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)
1/2 ounce Parmesan, grated (2 tablespoons)
2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 yellow onion, diced small
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 1/2 cups whole milk
2 cans (6 ounces each) solid light tuna packed in water, drained and flaked
1 cup frozen peas, thawed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta 2 minutes less than package instructions (it will be undercooked). Drain. In a small bowl, toss together panko, Parmesan, and 2 teaspoons oil.
  • In pot, heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium-high. Add onion, season with salt and pepper, and cook until softened, 8 minutes. Add flour and whisk to coat onion with flour. Slowly whisk in broth, then milk.
  • Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce comes to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring frequently, until sauce is thickened, about 8 minutes. Stir in pasta, tuna, and peas and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer tuna mixture to a 9-by-13-inch baking dish and top with panko mixture. Bake until sauce is bubbling and crust is golden, 17 to 20 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.

¼ cup butter
¼ cup milk

1 egg (beaten)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1 cup small curd cottage cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 (6 3/4 ounce) can chunk tuna, drained
1 cup green peas (partially thawed)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cook macaroni in lightly salted boiling water about 5-7 minute or until macaroni is aldente.
