Tips:

  • Choose the right tortillas: For soft tacos, use corn or flour tortillas that are about 6 inches in diameter. Make sure they are fresh and pliable, not dry or brittle.
  • Season your turkey: Before cooking the turkey, season it with a variety of spices. This will help to give it flavor and depth of taste. Some good options include chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Cook the turkey properly: The turkey should be cooked until it is cooked through but still tender and moist. This will usually take about 15-20 minutes per side over medium heat.
  • Shred the turkey: Once the turkey is cooked, shred it with two forks or a meat shredder. This will make it easier to fill the tacos.
  • Assemble the tacos: To assemble the tacos, place a tortilla on a plate. Add some shredded turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and any other desired toppings. Fold the tortilla in half and enjoy!
  • Get creative with your toppings: There are endless possibilities when it comes to toppings for turkey soft tacos. Some popular options include cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and pico de gallo.
