Tips:
- Use fresh walnuts for the best flavor. If you don't have fresh walnuts, you can toast them in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes before using them.
- Make sure the coffee is strong. If you use weak coffee, the candy will not have a strong coffee flavor.
- Don't overcook the candy. If you overcook it, it will be hard and brittle.
- Let the candy cool completely before cutting it. If you cut it too soon, it will be sticky and difficult to handle.
- Store the candy in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. It will keep for up to two weeks.
