½ cup Irish whiskey
3 tablespoons white sugar

Tips:

  • Choose the right whiskey. A good whiskey sour slush starts with a good whiskey. Look for a whiskey that is smooth and flavorful, with a medium to full body. Some good options include bourbon, rye, or Irish whiskey.
  • Use fresh lemon juice. Fresh lemon juice is essential for a bright and tart whiskey sour slush. Avoid using bottled lemon juice, as it will not have the same flavor.
  • Make sure your simple syrup is cold. Cold simple syrup will help to keep your slush from getting icy. You can make simple syrup by dissolving 1 cup of sugar in 1 cup of boiling water, then letting it cool completely.
  • Don't over-blend your slush. Over-blending will make your slush too icy. Blend it just until it is smooth and slushy.
  • Serve your slush immediately. Whiskey sour slush is best served immediately after it is made. If you need to store it, you can keep it in the freezer for up to 2 hours.

Conclusion:

Whiskey sour slush is a delicious and refreshing summer drink that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be customized to your own taste. So next time you are looking for a cool and refreshing drink, give whiskey sour slush a try.
