SEASONED BAKED POTATO WEDGES
Recipe video above. Crunchy wedges seasoned so they taste like the wedges you can get from the freezer section at the supermarket! I found that the trick to make crunchy wedges is to use the right amount of oil. Too much results in soggy wedges and the seasoning comes off!

RIDICULOUSLY EASY OVEN POTATO WEDGES

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Dice, cube or chop the peeled potatoes into whatever shape you feel like making them.
- Rinse then thoroughly in cold water, drain well and transfer to a large bowl.
- Add oil and toss the potatoes around so they are evenly coated.
- Add all of the spices and the cheese and toss so they are evenly coated.
- Place on a baking pan in one layer (preferably lined) and bake for around 30-40 minutes, depending on person preference of potato texture.
- Suggestions! It's really really handy to line the pan before you bake them, or else you will have a sticky baked on mess on your pans that takes an awful lot of elbow grease to get rid of. You could add lemon juice to the potatoes to give them an extra fresh taste.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream butter and sugar in large bowl until fluffy. Beat in eggs. Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in bowl. Stir dry ingredients in butter mixture. Mix in 2 cups chocolate chips and almonds.
- Divide dough in half. On back of ungreased baking sheet, pat each half into 8-inch round. Bake until cookies are set but centers are still soft, about 15 minutes. Sprinkle each round with 1/2 cup mini marshmallows and 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Bake until marshmallows and chips soften, about 3 minutes longer. Cool 5 minutes. Cut each round into 12 wedges. Slide wedges off sheet and cool completely on rack.
- Top wedges with ice cream.
Tips:
- Choose the right potatoes: Russet potatoes are the best choice for wedges because they are large and have a high starch content, which makes them crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
- Cut the potatoes into even wedges: This will help them cook evenly.
- Toss the potatoes in oil and seasonings: This will help them brown and develop flavor.
- Don't overcrowd the potatoes on the baking sheet: This will prevent them from cooking evenly.
- Bake the potatoes at a high temperature: This will help them get crispy.
- Flip the potatoes halfway through cooking: This will help them brown evenly.
- Serve the potatoes immediately: They are best when hot and crispy.
Conclusion:
Wedges are a delicious and versatile side dish that can be served with a variety of meals. They are easy to make and can be customized to your liking. With a few simple tips, you can make the perfect wedges every time.
