Fresh sliced appples are tossed with spices, Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk and biscuit mix, poured into a pan and sprinkled with a crumb topping.

- With food processor, mix butter and biscuit mix until crumbly. Stir into apple mixture. Pour into parchment paper lined 9" square baking dish.
- TOPPING: With food processor, mix biscuit mix, brown sugar and butter until crumbly. Stir in nuts. Sprinkle evenly over apple mixture.
- BAKE: Bake in preheated 325F oven until golden, about 1 hour. Cool slightly on wire rack. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
