BLUEBERRY BANANA CAKE

Steps:
- 1. Spray and flour cake baker. I used a bundt, but you could also do cupcakes, (will make 24), or make it in a loaf pan. It will take 2 loaf pans.
- 2. In mixing bowl combine oil, sugar, eggs
- 3. In separate bowl sift together flour, baking soda, salt
- 4. Add buttermilk and flour mixture to oil mixture. Alternating 1/2 buttermilk then 1/2 flour mixture.
- 5. Fold in bananas
- 6. Add vanilla
- 7. Toss blueberries with 1 tablespoon flour then fold into batter.
- 8. Bake on 350* for 35-40 minutes (for bundt) or until a cake tester comes out clean.
