Steps:

Bata as natas em chantilly Bata as claras em castelo e junte os restantes 50 g de açúcar, sem parar de bater. Misture as natas com as claras e adicione ao preparado anterior. Junte o sumo e a raspa da laranja e a farinha, aos poucos, mexendo delicadamente sem bater. Unte uma forma com manteiga. Forre com papel vegetal e volte a untar. Coloque na forma o preparado e vai ao forno a 160º a cozer durante cerca de 50 minutos.. Desenforme, deixe arrefecer. Para o Doce de Ovos, leve os ingredientes num tachinho ao lume, mexendo sempre até engrossar. Cubra o bolo com este doce de ovos e decore com nozes
