1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 1/2 cups packaged brownie mix
1 (2 3/4 ounce) box instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
2 eggs
3 tablespoons butter (melted)

Steps:

  • lightly grease a 4 qt slow cooker with non-stick spray.
  • In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, water, cocoa powder - bring to a boil.
  • In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients with 1/2 cup water to form a batter.
  • Spread into slow cooker
  • Pour boiling cocoa mixture over batter.
  • Cover, cook on high for 1 1/2 hours. Turn off slow cooker and let stand for 30 minutes.
  • Serve warm topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
