Buttermilk Meatloaf image

This recipe is a long series of trials and errors. The sauce and bread idea came from Paula Deen. The meatloaf itself is a recipe we found in the newspaper years ago. The final result is well worth a try.

This meatloaf was a disaster! It was dry and tasteless. I followed the recipe exactly, but it just didn't turn out right.

This was a delicious and easy-to-make meatloaf! I used ground turkey instead of beef, and it turned out great. The buttermilk made the meatloaf moist and flavorful. I will definitely be making this again!
