When i moved here to the beach 4 years ago.. I had never seen the ocean let alone taste any other fish besides fried Catfish.I have found a new love for seafood. This fish I love to make. heathly and tasty with a kick. Hope you all enjoy.

1 1/3 Tbsp paprika
2 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp ground cumin
1 1/3 Tbsp ground black pepper
1 tsp chili powder
2 Tbsp oil
8 firm white fish fillets

Steps:

  • 1. Mix paprika,coriander,cumin and chili powder in a bowl. Toss fish in spice mixture to coat.
  • 2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add fish and cook for 2 minutes each side or until cooked.
