Cannoli Filled Phyllo Pastry Cups image

Easy to make can also be put in cannoli shells.

4 box phyllo pastry cups
2 1/4 c whole milk ricotta cheese
2 1/4 c mascapone cheese
3/4 c powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 c mini chocolate chips
pinch salt

Steps:

  • 1. In a large bowl with an electric mixer combine all ingredients except phyllo cups and chocolate chips until creamy. Pipe or spoon filling into cups. Top with mini chocolate chips.
