Steps:
- 1. Place the hoisin sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, shaoxing wine, chili garlic sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar. Add in 6 tbsp water. Bring to a boil and simmer about 1 minute. Remove from heat.
- 2. Preheat oven 425 degrees. Place the whole chicken wings on baking sheet. Pour the sauce over the wings. Cover loosely with foil. Roast about 25 minutes.
- 3. Serve sprinkled with green onions and cashews.
