Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350. Combine 1/3 c evaporated milk, cake mix, melted butter, vanilla, and cinnamon; stir just until blended. Spread 1/2 dough into a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Chill remaining dough. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool 5 minutes. In a medium saucepan, melt caramels and remaining 1/3 c evaporated milk, stirring often. Remove from heat. Pour caramel over baked dough. Spread walnut halves over caramel. Drop remaining dough by spoonfuls onto walnuts, over lapping slightly. Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool completely and refrigerate before cutting.
