Steps:
- Simmer carrots in broth 15 minutes. Sauté onions in butter. Add thyme. Sauté 5 minutes longer or until soft. Add carrots and onions to food processor with broth. Process until large pieces are pureed. This may take several batches. Add hot pepper sauce and stir to incorporate.
