Cheesy Minute/Sandwich Steak Casserole image

Super cheesy, stick to your ribs, definitely NOT a diet dish. Fairly quick to make...kids LOVE it. My b/f came up with this one night when all we had in the freezer were some minute/sandwich steaks. I have 30 minutes for prep time but I've seen him toss this together in half that time. The kids don't like chopped green peppers but I think they would be great in this dish. Also great for covered dish suppers.

This casserole was a disaster! The steak was tough, the cheese was rubbery, and the whole thing was just a mess. I will not be making this again.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my casserole turned out dry. I think I should have added more liquid.

This casserole was a bit too cheesy for my taste. I think I'll use less cheese next time.

I love the flavor of this casserole, but I found that the steak was a little tough. I think I'll try using a different cut of steak next time.
