Easy and elegant chicken dish. It's a great way to use leftover chicken or turkey. Green pepper and red pimientos make this a pretty dish to serve at Christmas or anytime. Serve over cooked rice, toast, or noodles. Can be made ahead and reheated.

The chicken came out so moist and flavorful. The sauce was creamy and rich, and it paired perfectly with the chicken. I will definitely be making this dish again.

I've been making Chicken a la King for years, and this recipe is by far the best I've tried. The sauce is creamy and flavorful, and the chicken is tender and juicy. I love that this dish can be made with simple ingredients that I usually have on hand
