Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 425. Line walnuts on a tray. Toast them in the oven for 5-10 minutes being very careful not to burn them and stirring once. Take walnuts out of the oven and let cool.
- 2. Prepare chocolate pudding. Scoop the thicker part of of the coconut milk from the can and into a mixing bowl. Save the liquid for your next smoothie.
- 3. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk or blend until smooth. Arrange your mix in a tall glass and scoop in a later of chocolate then a few slices of bananas and sprinkle with nuts.
- 4. Keep going until you hit the top of your glass and the last layer will be be the chopped nuts.
